Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee.

About the Role

This is a PRN Nights position at Williamson Health, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time of admission.
  • Plan the patient's care on an individual basis, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems and attainable outcomes.
  • Functions independently with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to areas, evidenced by adherence to policy, procedure, and competency-based assessment.
Requirements
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic arrhythmia, ACLS, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification as required by unit or department.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
