At GuideWell, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales and Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide a customer-friendly service experience for customers with questions or issues related to healthcare and health insurance.
  • Resolve member issues, including product and billing inquiries.
  • Educate members on self-service tools and guide them to value-based providers.
  • Host customer video appointments and generate leads for new sales and sales of replacement and add-on products.
  • Identify and contact at-risk customers, develop and execute retention strategies, and analyze prospect needs to match them with BCBSF products.
  • Conduct plan comparison and analysis for existing members seeking new solutions, facilitate application processes, and perform field underwriting.
  • Promote and facilitate APO enrollment and set up, review product fulfillment materials with customers, and ensure new customers receive orientations and information regarding self-service and shopping tools.
  • Perform outbound call campaigns for Under 65 and Over 65 segments.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of related work experience in a sales and service environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • State of Florida 2-15 Health, Life, and Annuities license upon hire.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
