We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ambercare, one of the largest Home Health Care companies in the State of New Mexico. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Ambercare, you will be responsible for providing visits to patients in their homes, assessing their needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure that our patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide visits to patients in their homes, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Initiate communication with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Perform therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as directed by attending physicians
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charts, and prepare care plans in a timely manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Mexico
  • At least one year of clinical practical nursing experience, preferably in intensive care, rehabilitation, or medical surgical nursing
