Job Title: Principal Technology Alliance Manager

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technology alliance efforts. As a Principal Technology Alliance Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our partnership strategy, fostering relationships with key technology vendors, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology alliance strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors, including multinational software companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align alliance goals with the business strategy, ensuring coherence and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of collaborative programs and initiatives, leveraging internal and external resources to deliver prompt and precise updates on progress and achievements to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate relationships and collaboration between Dynatrace and our technology partners and vendors, including partner executive leaders, product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience, inspiring and motivating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and managing technology alliances with major software vendors.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong experience in business development and managing partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with GTM strategies in the technology/cloud services industry, preferably in the DevOps or Cybersecurity space.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical concepts to audiences of varying technical expertise.
