Job Overview

The Normal Brand is a dynamic apparel company with a strong presence in the US market. We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Keyholder to join our team in Kansas City. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Facilitate retail sales and suggestive selling to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Normal Brand standards
  • Educate and train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on initiatives and projects
  • Promote a safe and respectful work environment for customers and staff
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry
  • Strong passion for making people happy and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Shopify POS, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Excellent fashion sense and a keen eye for detail
  • Self-awareness, humility, and a strong work ethic
