Cashier/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at Ed Morse Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with customers, collecting payments, and performing daily reconciliations.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collect payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform daily reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule service appointments.
• Assist with outgoing telephone calls to confirm service appointments and provide updates to customers.
• Assign technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs.

• Flexible schedule availability, including Monday - Friday one week and Tuesday - Saturday the next week.
• General computer skills and experience with ADP and CDK are a plus.
