Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency across all processes, enhancing machine performance, and leading maintenance strategies within our service center. This position is essential for upholding safety standards and assisting the General Manager with equipment evaluations and capital expenditure projects.

Core Duties: As a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Managing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Identifying issues in malfunctioning systems and providing technical assistance.
  • Overseeing and updating the Predictive Maintenance (PDM) system.
  • Executing capital projects within designated budgets and timelines.
  • Leading and mentoring maintenance staff.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Training and developing maintenance team members.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A four-year degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems (experience in automation is a plus).
  • A background in resolving complex integration system issues.
  • A proven track record in process improvement and operational success.
  • The ability to create and oversee project plans with financial accountability.
  • Documented OSHA safety training and/or certification (preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in a high-volume production, agricultural, or distribution environment.
  • Experience in high-volume 24/7 production or warehouse settings.
  • Experience in managing safety programs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
