At Regency Integrated Health Services, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nurse Aide in Training. This role is ideal for those who want to pursue a career in healthcare and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide online and on-the-floor training as a Nurse Aide, working under the guidance of our experienced Charge Nurses. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and moving, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Additionally, you will be eligible for education assistance to become a Certified Nurse Aide, which includes classes on or off-site at a Regency location, local programs offered by community colleges or technical schools, and internships with skills checks and practice exams.
This role requires excellent communication skills, compassion, and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy helping others and are passionate about delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities of the Nurse Aide in Training include:
- Providing residents with comfort and safety
- Carrying out resident care policies and procedures

- Measuring and recording vital signs
- Reporting symptoms and changes to nursing staff
- Maintaining equipment and supplies
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
