Job Description

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing personalized support and care to participants
  2. Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  3. Developing and implementing personalized plans to meet participant goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services or direct care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
