Job Summary:

Lohmann Therapy Systems North America is seeking a results-oriented Sr. Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing department and drive operational excellence. If you have a proven track record of leading teams, ensuring quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, we invite you to apply for this challenging role.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West St. Paul, MN.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to production teams, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to industry standards.
  • Supervise and develop three Manufacturing Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Champion a culture of quality, safety, and compliance with cGMPs and GDPs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Project Management.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Operations, or Business) with 3+ years of leadership experience in a cGMP manufacturing setting, or associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations/plant management.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
