Your Role as a Dog Daycare Receptionist

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of Noda Bark & Board. You'll interact with both canine companions and their owners, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Check-In Dogs: Welcome each dog and owner with enthusiasm, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Manage Appointments and Schedules: Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of dog vaccinations, special needs, and other relevant information.
