Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Naples Soap Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our natural products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our natural products, including their ingredients, uses, and benefits.
  • Offer personalized product recommendations to customers, based on their needs and preferences.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Participate in community outreach and events to promote our brand and products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for natural beauty and wellness products, with a desire to learn and share knowledge with customers.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, who is committed to delivering exceptional results.
