Job Overview

As a Server Team Member at Sage Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take food and drink orders from guests, serve orders in a timely manner, and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and services.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all guests receive excellent service and that the restaurant runs smoothly.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, management, and other team members to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Appearance and Attitude: Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times and demonstrate a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of customer service principles, food server function, and restaurant operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and walking throughout the restaurant. The work environment is fast-paced and may be physically demanding at times.
