Responsibilities
  • Accurate data entry and comprehension of inspection field reports, established standards, and protocols
  • Recognize, identify, and investigate data issues
  • Monitor the Corrosion Management Log (CML) for anomalies and errors, ensuring timely identification and resolution
  • Investigate reported anomalies and errors, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain detailed records of CML discrepancies and resolutions for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Adhere to quality standards and ensure accuracy of work
  • Participate in team meetings and keep connected to organization's annual goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to gather necessary information for asset creation and updates
  • Work within time budget allocations for projects
  • Ensure completion dates are met in conjunction with other team members with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Accountable for project deliverables on time where it applies to data processing and data management
  • Participate in planning and scheduling meetings with Inspection team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Communicate to all in a professional, effective, and courteous manner
  • Various administrative support tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school or GED degree required
  • 2-year technical degree in engineering, data, or similar field preferred
  • 3+ years of data entry experience in an office setting
  • Knowledge of MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in a prior technical position (inspection, technical support, quality assurance is a plus)
  • Experience in PCMS systems
