Compensation: $9.48 per hour

Job Summary:

The Banquet Server plays a vital role in ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for guests at catered events. This position requires a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting attendees, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the event space by setting up tables and ensuring cleanliness before and after service.
  • Warmly welcome guests and efficiently take their food and beverage orders.
  • Deliver meals and drinks with professionalism, adhering to established service protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, following all sanitation guidelines.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and foster positive interactions with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

While prior experience as a Banquet Server is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be courteous, professional, and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
