APS Medical Billing is seeking an experienced Contract Analyst to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. As a leading billing company, we have grown significantly since our inception in 1960 and now bill for over 250 client locations across the United States.

**Responsibilities:**

• Catch underpayments and follow up with carriers to retrieve payments
• Request existing contracts and fee schedules from insurance carriers
• Load carrier fee schedules into a program that allows reports to generate
• Review existing reimbursement rates from carriers
• Provide management reports based on reimbursement rates
• Work the reimbursement queue to evaluate if carriers are paying according to contract
• Perform other duties as necessary

**Qualifications:**

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Knowledge of carrier fee schedule
• Provider / Contracting experience
• Medical billing insurance experience (preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work fluidly with high attention to detail
