Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients to provide personalized support and guidance in achieving their employment objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive case management and follow-up to ensure clients receive the necessary resources and support.
- Collaborate with schools, account managers, and management to ensure accurate documentation and effective communication.
- Facilitate professional development workshops to equip clients with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in career advisement, development, and case management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
