- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes, establish effective working relationships, and respond timely and effectively to deliverables.
- Education: Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an accredited institution.
- License: Active California License as a Licensed Doctor of Psychology.
- Experience: Minimum three years' experience in supervising other healthcare professionals, with a strong background in evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused treatment models.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
This part-time, hybrid role requires a minimum of 21 hours per week, with clinical hours averaging 8-10 hours per week. The role is exempt from overtime and requires a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our program.
