Job SummaryWe're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Associate. As a key member of our studio team, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting our concept to interested consumers, working at our front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Responsibilities- Greet members with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
- Present our concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits of our science-based workout
- Work at our front desk, answering phones, and responding to member inquiries
- Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services
- Sell memberships, helping our studio grow and succeed
- Follow up with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, resolving issues promptly
- Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our studio and services
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for members
