Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting our concept, and working at our front desk to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet members and present our concept to interested consumers
- Work at our front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
- Give studio tours and guide new members through their first workout
- Sell memberships and work with trainers to ensure a seamless experience
- Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional manner
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
