Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Kroger. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Prescription Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of every prescription filled, ensuring that medications are dispensed correctly and safely.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all medications and supplies are stocked and available for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Licensure: Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction
