Key Responsibilities
  • Guide donors through the donation process, providing education and support throughout their experience.
  • Obtain and update donor registration information, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Evaluate donor suitability based on health history and physical findings, making informed decisions to ensure a safe and successful donation process.
  • Perform quality control checks on equipment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Select veins, prepare venipuncture sites, and perform phlebotomy for whole blood component collections, adhering to established protocols.

Requirements
