Job Overview:
The Boeing B-52 Commercial Engineer Replacement Program is in search of experienced professionals, including Senior and Lead Supplier Requirements Engineers. This role is pivotal in overseeing the successful execution of program milestones for various subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate coordination of Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) requests between Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and the Supplier Requirements Engineering (SRE) team.
  • Monitor and manage the Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL), ensuring timely delivery of necessary supplier information.
  • Anticipate and prioritize tasks related to the Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP), aligning with program demands and resource availability.
  • Provide regular updates on CERP SRE status to stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing any challenges.
  • Guarantee traceability of customer Statements of Work (SOW) and maintain compliance with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and SDRL.
  • Deliver engineering support and enhance communication among suppliers, supply management, programs, and IPTs.

Onsite Requirement:
This position necessitates 100% onsite work in Oklahoma City.

Security Clearance:
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 14 or more years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of supplier management processes and engineering principles.
  • Experience in managing SSOW requests and proficiency in SDRL/CDRL tracking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in the aerospace or defense sector.
  • Understanding of configuration management and requirements traceability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently.
