**Compensation:** Our competitive salary for this position is $65,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, discounted dental benefits, vision coverage, long-term disability, short-term disability, life insurance, accident coverage, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), CPR recertification, and a 401(k) plan.

**Job Description:

As a Lead Dental Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, supervising, and training other Dental Assistants
  • Maintaining clinical supplies and inventory
  • Educating team members on best practices and procedures
  • Greeting guests with a smile and ensuring they have a positive experience in our office
  • Assisting Dentists with all procedures and preparing treatment rooms
  • Recording medical history for each guest and performing X-rays as needed
  • Charting existing and recommended treatments and performing other duties as required to support the office

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active Registered Dental Assistant License
  • Current CPR certification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RDA in a dental practice
