Duties and Responsibilities:
Enforce organizational security protocols, including but not limited to: Engaging with guests during interactions Managing active threats Assisting with emergency evacuation procedures Safeguarding the transfer of funds and assets Ensuring a secure environment for employees and visitors Providing guidance and escorting guests and staff as necessary Representing the organization to ensure compliance with all regulations at all times Conducting patrols throughout the facility Execute chip fills, marker transfers, and sensitivity key escorts Administer first aid, including CPR, when required Assist with lost and found inquiries Conduct interviews, investigate, and document relevant incidents Prepare reports as necessary Serve as a role model, consistently presenting oneself as a representative of the organization Adhere to attendance guidelines and comply with regulatory, departmental, and organizational policies. Enforce age verification policies by monitoring areas for underage individuals. Promote loyalty programs and services to guests. Recommend products, services, and experiences to visitors. Remain calm and composed in crisis and high-pressure situations Make sound decisions when addressing guest and employee concerns Must be capable of physically restraining individuals when necessary Promote loyalty programs to guests Suggest products, services, and experiences to visitors Additional duties as assignedQualifications :
Must be able to obtain and maintain a relevant gaming permit as required Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential Must successfully pass a drug screening Previous experience in guest services and security is preferred Minimum age requirement of 21 years Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues Stay informed about current events, promotions, and attractions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. Must maintain a professional appearance. Adhere to uniform and appearance standards Complete and pass multiple online training courses Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred Ability to engage positively with team members from diverse backgrounds. Willingness to accept guidance from senior leadership. Must obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certificationPhysical, Mental & Environmental Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is required Ability to read, write, and communicate in English effectively Tolerance for cigarette and cigar smoke Ability to respond to visual and auditory signals Required to work in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions Must be able to navigate all areas of the facility, including stairwells and elevators Ability to tolerate a loud and busy environment Capable of standing and walking for extended periods Ability to sit, stoop, reach, and bend Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to recall specific details of incidents and individuals Must be able to perform effectively in fast-paced and stressful situationsEmployment Status: Full Time / Part-Time
