Surgical First Assistant RN

We are looking for a talented Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters. As a Surgical First Assistant RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during operations and provide developmentally appropriate patient care
- Develop and implement individualized nursing plans of care in response to specific patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current Virginia state license as a Registered Nurse or Compact State license
- CNOR certification required
- Three years of experience in perioperative nursing, with cardiothoracic operative nursing experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
