Job Summary

At Shamrock Foods Company, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Filler Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our filler equipment to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain filler equipment to process milk, cream, and other beverage products
  • Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve production issues and improve process efficiency
  • Participate in quality control checks and troubleshoot equipment problems
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and follow all safety protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ months of experience in manufacturing, dairy, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a cold and wet environment
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with team members
