Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Assistant Manager to join our team at ACLD. This role will assist the Residential Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Residential or Apartment Program site, ensuring quality services are provided to each person supported through person-centered planning and maximizing opportunities for integration with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in monitoring and documenting the delivery of all services, ensuring compliance with ACLD's Corporate Compliance Policy.
  • Supervise assigned staff within the program, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Implement and document the delivery of all Residential Habilitation services, including skill development training and behavioral support plans.
  • Participate in the hiring process and recruitment efforts, assisting in the development and management of income and expense budgets.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year experience working in the field of Human Services.
  • Six months of management/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and systems preferred.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
