Key Responsibilities:- Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care
- Work in a physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment
- Offer flexible scheduling options
- Perform procedures such as simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, and IUDs
- Providers are supported to practice at the peak of their license

- Compensation based on quality, including an income guarantee with bonus incentives

- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Indiana or Ohio, or application in process
