  • Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and participate in planning meetings for catering services.
  • Coordinate food service for restaurant, banquet, and catering functions, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • A culinary degree with comprehensive knowledge of pastry kitchen operations.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a hotel or kitchen environment, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and local health regulations.
  • A valid food handler's card upon hiring.
