Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Association Manager to join our team at Dos Santos Homeowners' Association. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Association Manager in overseeing daily operations, management, and maintenance of our community assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Association Manager in leading community initiatives and overseeing the onsite team
  • Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and Board members
  • Oversee daily operations, management, and maintenance of community assets
  • Act as the main point of contact for all Board communications
  • Update and maintain the management plan as necessary
  • Provide guidance and support to the Board on long-term planning, goal setting, and policymaking
  • Act as a liaison between the Board and ancillary service providers
  • Utilize staff and vendor resources to execute Board directives and community goals
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of onsite community management experience
  • Ability to engage on a variety of levels, including speaking and writing
  • Robust operational background and understanding of community financials
  • Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Associates or Bachelor Degree, designations, or certifications in a related field
  • Knowledge of laws and guidelines governing community associations and governing documents
