LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse in Healthcare

Masonic Villages at Lafayette Hill is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and deliver professional nursing care to residents
  • Direct and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Resident Care Assistants (RCAs)
  • Collect and document resident data, including vital signs and medication administration
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Perform clinical testing, such as glucometer and pulse oximetry
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly rounds visits with physicians
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Current LPN license by the PA State Board of Nursing
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month or 16 hours per month during the week
  • Ability to work at least 1 summer and winter holiday
