Job OverviewPosition: Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist

In the role of Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist, you will be responsible for the upkeep of electrical distribution systems and their components. Your duties will include replacing drives and inverters, as well as diagnosing and resolving issues in various systems such as motors, PLCs, and field instruments including flowmeters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, solenoids, and switches. You will conduct routine maintenance checks, lubricate motors, and collaborate with the shift millwright and operators to replace motors and valves while also troubleshooting and repairing valve systems.

Furthermore, you will engage with remote support teams to diagnose drive issues, interpret PLC logic, fine-tune control loops, and document your work in maintenance logs and computerized systems. Your contributions are vital to ensuring a safe working environment and enhancing team efforts to resolve technical challenges.

Key Competencies
