Job Title: Hearing Instrument Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our audiological clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service in hearing aid fitting and dispensing.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional interaction with patients and physicians to ensure seamless care.
  • Collaborate with staff to meet or exceed office goals and objectives.
  • Educate patients on their hearing issues and demonstrate compassion in helping improve the quality of life.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest hearing aid products and technologies to provide expert recommendations.
  • Host outreach events and marketing campaigns to grow the practice.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.
  • Mastery and understanding of hearing aid products and services.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in fitting and dispensing hearing products and providing patient care.
  • Passion for helping people hear better.
  • Expertise in helping patients choose amplification and providing aftercare.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days of annual PTO granted January 1st (pro-rated for 1st year at time of hire).
  • 80 hours of Sick & Safe time annually.

Schedule:
  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling options.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
  • Part-time options available with a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
