Maintenance Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Croghan Colonial Bank. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our banking centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, window washing, furniture repair, and simple plumbing and electrical tasks.
  • Maintain all office location sidewalks, including sweeping, hosing off, and removing snow as outlined by supervisor.
  • Oversee customer and employee parking lots at assigned offices.
  • Assist in clearing snow from exterior walkways at various bank locations.
  • Keep maintenance truck in good working order.
  • Mow grass at assigned banking centers and water and maintain lawn, shrubs, and flower areas.
  • Replace all filters at all locations on a scheduled basis.
  • Serve as a replacement bank courier in his/her absence (emergency only).
  • Deliver supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a list of signs and locations and deliver and pick up signs needed for new construction.
  • Assist with branch construction or remodeling.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma.
  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Basic maintenance knowledge, including electrical, plumbing, dry wall, heating and air conditioning.
  • Knowledge of ladder safety.
