Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring a safe and secure atmosphere for both clients and staff while executing general security tasks. You will enhance safety by being vigilant, identifying, rectifying, and reporting any potential hazards. Familiarity with DSI and Client protocols, along with specific site instructions, is essential. Participation in training sessions to understand general safety practices and DSI's safety guidelines will be required. Professional interaction with clients, visitors, employees, and the public is a key aspect of this role.
This position necessitates a strong customer service orientation, basic to intermediate computer proficiency, and effective verbal and written communication skills. You should be capable of conducting routine foot patrols, performing moderate lifting, and working in various weather conditions.
To qualify, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A Class D Security License and a valid driver's license are mandatory. Reliable transportation and communication means are essential. Successful completion of all required background checks and drug screenings is necessary.
