Qualified candidates will be expected to cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with care personnel to guarantee equitable staffing distributions, ensure all care shifts are adequately filled, and assist or administer medications as directed by a physician to residents when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant experience as a caregiver.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Completion of training in medication administration.
- Minimum of six months of experience in a similar role.
- Adherence to licensing standards.
