Key Responsibilities:
- Constructing boxes and various packaging formats
- Placing produced and inspected items into final packaging for both perishable and non-perishable goods
- Creating gift baskets and other assorted gift packaging
- Inspecting product seals and quality for both perishable and non-perishable items
- Completing documentation for product tracking
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand continuously for 2-hour intervals
- Frequent walking required
- Continuous movement and lifting with both arms up to 20 lbs.
- Occasional lifting with both arms up to 30 lbs.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
- Full range of motion for frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements
- Stability to stand and walk on wet production surfaces
- Fine motor skills and manual dexterity using both hands for cutting, inspecting, scooping, and manually moving or placing products
- Exertion of force on and against products for process flow
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Seasonal employment through December, with potential for permanent positions to be determined from seasonal employees.
Compensation: $16.75/hour, plus immediate product discounts and paid sick leave after 90 days.
