Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time contract position. This role will involve providing comprehensive speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a dynamic educational environment.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language therapy, ensuring effective communication and academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide support and guidance on speech and language development.
  • Provide consultations and advice on speech and language development, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices in the field.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in speech therapy.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster engaging and effective interactions.
