Maintenance Operations Manager

Lactalis North America is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Manager to join our team in Nampa, Idaho. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant, focusing on production quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Supervise and train maintenance team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance budgets and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- 5-6 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, and maintenance management systems.
