Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service Hero: Provide exceptional service to customers during the busy midday and evening hours.
  2. Merchandising Expert: Maintain the store's appearance and stock during peak hours.
  3. Cashier Extraordinaire: Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
  4. Safety Advocate: Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment during the mid/second shift.
  5. Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening.
  6. Cleanliness Champion: Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including regular upkeep of the coffee station, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
  7. Inventory Specialist: Manage stock levels and assist in inventory processes.
Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
