Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and caring CNA to join our team of nursing professionals. As a CNA at IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents in post-acute facilities, while enjoying a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
- Support residents with meal service and feeding as needed
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and residents, and provide a compassionate ear to residents
- Participate in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and repositioning residents
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) hourly pay range: $25-$35 (25% higher than average)
- Payment on a weekly or even daily basis
- Overtime, hazard pay, holiday pay, and travel bonuses
