About the Role

This position involves providing general custodial care and ensuring sanitation in the warehouse under supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing duties safely and accurately to meet productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete custodial tasks throughout the facility, including dusting, sweeping, washing, and mopping.
  • Maintain cleanliness by handling trash disposal and spills.
  • Clean and sanitize various areas of the warehouse and facilities.
  • Execute floor care using appropriate equipment.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-year experience in warehouse-related tasks and/or training.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Completion of a functional capacity test.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This role is full-time and may require different shifts, including weekends and holidays. Work primarily takes place in a warehouse environment with exposure to various conditions.

  • Regular exposure to mechanical equipment in motion and freezer/cooler environments.
  • Possible exposure to wet/humid conditions, chemicals, and outdoor elements.
  • Occasional exposure to high places, vehicle emissions, and loud noise.
