Key Responsibilities- Complete custodial tasks throughout the facility, including dusting, sweeping, washing, and mopping.
- Maintain cleanliness by handling trash disposal and spills.
- Clean and sanitize various areas of the warehouse and facilities.
- Execute floor care using appropriate equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-year experience in warehouse-related tasks and/or training.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Completion of a functional capacity test.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
This role is full-time and may require different shifts, including weekends and holidays. Work primarily takes place in a warehouse environment with exposure to various conditions.
- Regular exposure to mechanical equipment in motion and freezer/cooler environments.
- Possible exposure to wet/humid conditions, chemicals, and outdoor elements.
- Occasional exposure to high places, vehicle emissions, and loud noise.
