  • Machining Expertise: Ability to establish machining feeds, speeds, and depth of cuts required to maximize production.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
  • Engineering Drawings: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
  • GD&T Knowledge: Knowledgeable in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Workplace Safety: Strong commitment to workplace safety, housekeeping, and quality of workmanship.
  • Teamwork: Ability to develop relationships with peer groups that foster teamwork and unity of purpose.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, climb, lift up to 50 pounds, see, hear, and use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Citizenship: US citizen or a legally authorized foreign worker to work in an ITAR environment.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
