- Registration and Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, handle room assignments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Communication: Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and communicate effectively with other hotel staff to resolve issues.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
