Join Our Team at Stretch Zone Weston

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a YogaPilates Instructor Stretch Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their sessions, and building our membership and retaining current clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
  • Build Stretch Zone membership and retain current clientele
  • Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretch Zone policies and safety rules
  • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Assist General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
  • Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Qualifications:
  • Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Positive energy, enthusiasm, and great attitude brought daily
  • Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Assistant, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Chiropractor, or Personal Trainer with certification from a nationally accredited organization
  • Fantastic communication skills and passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
