Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the leasing process, including greeting prospects, processing applications, and conducting tours
  • Process rent collections, handle lease renewals, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct market research, implement outreach marketing strategies, and maintain an active social media presence
  • Collaborate with the community management team to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing; background in accounting combined with customer service preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite and project management skills
  • Valid driver's license required
