Key Responsibilities

  • Lease available apartments and renew existing leases, utilizing market research and business outreach strategies to drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on Fair Housing laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and promoting a fair and inclusive environment.
  • Conduct market research, analyze leasing activity, and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and promotional programs to drive business growth.
  • Utilize MRI software to enter information and pull reports, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned by the Community Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience in multi-family housing, with a strong understanding of property bookkeeping and a desire to learn more about financials.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment.
  • A positive attitude, with a desire to learn and develop skills, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • College education is helpful, but not required.
  • Availability to work weekends may be required, and a valid driver's license is necessary for the position.
  • Computer skills, with experience in MRI software a plus.
