Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Michigan Common Core Standards and promote project-based learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) that improve teaching and learning objectives.
- Use technology to support teaching and learning, and stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, and demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions.

- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preschool education, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of the Michigan Common Core Standards and project-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
