Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at Morris Adler Elementary. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational journey of our students, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Partner with parents and center staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Support the center's success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
  • Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts to build a strong network of support
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
